pre-engagement

initial services / brief

We begin every project with an initial meeting designed to clarify your goals, set expectations, and ensure we’re aligned from the start to help achieve the best possible outcome together.

design development

Our goal is to create a thoughtful design that not only meets your brief but also exceeds your expectations, delivering a home that feels right and functions beautifully for your lifestyle.

building permit

This stage ensures you obtain the required approvals—whether through a Development Application (DA) or via Exempt or Complying Development pathways under relevant state planning codes.

post submission

Sometimes applications may push planning boundaries. Requiring additional documentation or negotiation with Council to secure approval and ensure your project aligns with applicable codes while achieving your desired outcome. We work with you and/or your team to communicate your goals to Council.

interior design

We provide a comprehensive interior design service to ensure your home reflects your desired look and feel, seamlessly integrating style and function across both interior spaces and exterior finishes beautifully.

details

These are the construction details that are required by your construction team to communicate the design ethos in a scale drawing. These details are essential when unique products or design details are included in your project plans.
